Shipping Policy

After the payment
After payment is received, it takes 2 - 5 days of handling + the business day specified in the production time for all products to be packaged and ready for delivery.

Production time

Production time for customizable (custom-tailored) products is approximately 1-2 weeks.

Delivery
Estimated delivery time for the package you've ordered is 1-3 or 3-7 days (depending on your current country).

This estimated time may vary as (+/-)1-2 days.

NOTE:

The above situation always applies, unless this situation is stated differently in the bulk or custom order agreement.

NOTE: We do not pay any duties, custom fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies.

 

Customers accept the correctness of the contact information and addresses provided. It is the customer's sole responsibility to forward incorrect address or contact information. The seller cannot be held responsible for transactions arising from misinformation.

Returns
We accept returns for defective products only

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an
exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at fencespike@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item
securely in its original packaging and Item, Proof of purchase, Original Package, Damaged or Defective Delivery Record(If there is a defective delivery, then mail your return to the Following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your
exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Gift Cards
• Custom Orders
• Bulk Orders
• Downloadable Software Products


• For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please Note
• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Non-refundable/non-refundable conditions or products: Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer. (shipping adress, e-mail, zip code, phone number etc.)

To return your product, you should mail your product addresses from below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
